Get your WIPcard – step by step

Register for free in just a few minutes

1. Register in the Service Portal

Select “Get your WIPcard now” to open the service portal.
Then click “Don’t have an account yet?”

Enter your license plate number and click “Continue”

Note: If you are currently parked at a WIPcard location, your active parking session will be displayed.

Confirm your license plate by clicking “Sign up now.”

Enter your email address and accept the terms and conditions.
Optional: You can also subscribe to our newsletter.

Finally, click “Send activation link.”

2. Activate Your Account

An activation email will be sent to your registered email address.

Click “Activate account” in the email to complete the process.
You will then be automatically logged into the service portal.

Note: No password is required. Each time you log in, you will receive an email. Click “Log in now” in that email to access your account.

3. Complete Your Account

Add a payment method for your monthly billing.
You can choose from SEPA direct debit, credit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay.

Note: In some cases, your payment method may need to be verified in your banking app.

After entering your payment details, you will be asked to provide your billing address.
Confirm your details by clicking “Next.”

4. Start Using WIPcard

Once your license plate is registered, you can enter and exit all WIPcard locations automatically.

You can also add additional license plates at any time:
Go to the “Dashboard”, and under “Time-based parking: Short-term parking”, click “Add vehicle.”
Enter the license plate and confirm with “Add.”

The vehicle will be activated for WIPcard immediately.
